Microbial fat breakdown with lipasan©F
For large kitchens, catering, butcheries, restaurants, and hotels
lipasan©F
lipasan©F is an environmentally neutral product based on microbiology, designed to minimize the formation of grease deposits in wastewater systems. Existing grease deposits are biologically removed. Unpleasant odors are prevented before they arise, and recommended usage ensures compliance with limit values for lipophilic substances.

How it works
The microorganisms used in lipasan©F occur naturally in the environment and are not genetically modified. They are selected for their exceptionally high fat-degrading activity and are specifically applied in wastewater systems. The resulting breakdown products are 100% biodegradable and, unlike fats, cannot form deposits.
Easy application
This microbial culture is very user-friendly. It is delivered as a ready-to-use solution, meaning it can be dosed manually on-site. lipasan©F can also be introduced fully automatically via a dosing system.

Energy balance
After application, lipasan©F produces breakdown products that are readily available for further biological processes. Oil phases remain liquid, can be easily extracted, and reused. Energy consumption for wastewater pumps and lifting systems is reduced, operational reliability improves, and maintenance efforts decrease. Fatty acids and oils can be separated and reused, for example in biogas production through co-digestion.
Packaging
lipasan©F is supplied in 5L and 10L bag-in-box packaging – ideal for storage, transport, and distribution. This solution is sustainable due to its low CO₂ footprint and minimal waste volume.
The inner plastic bag is recyclable, and the outer corrugated box protects the contents.
Storage
Store lipasan©F in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +12°C.
Shelf life is up to 6 months. Application can take place at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Dosage
The suspension should be diluted at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:15 and applied manually before or via a dosing pump during non-operational hours into the affected drains.
